About 11 Development
11 Development, LLC is a real estate development company based in Newton, Massachusetts that was founded by its President, Scott Shuster, in 2005. Since its inception, 11 Development has developed numerous properties throughout the Boston area, including projects in Cambridge, Boston (Back Bay and South Boston), Brookline and Wellesley.

Assisting Property Owners
In addition to doing its own development projects, 11 Development assists property owners in developing their own properties. Services offered include developing an appropriate design, making properties green/environmentally friendly, acquiring the necessary permits, variances and approvals, hiring the appropriate contractors, subcontractors and consultants and project supervision.
Brokerage
Finally, 11 Development offers brokerage services through which properties can be sold through the Multiple Listing Service and other outlets.
About Scott Shuster
Prior to establishing 11 Development, Scott was a vice president of The Fallon Company of Boston , Massachusetts from 2002 to 2005. At Fallon, Scott's main concentration was the development of the new Westin Seaport Convention Center Hotel in South Boston . While at Fallon, Scott also worked on the 465 unit Park Lane apartment complex in South Boston as well as other projects.

Prior to joining The Fallon Company, Scott was a litigation associate in the Boston offices of Eckert Seamans, a Pittsburgh based law firm, from 1998 to 2002. At Eckert Scott concentrated on litigation involving real estate, employment and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Eckert, Scott was an associate at Updike, Kelly & Spellacy, of Hartford , Connecticut where he specialized in litigation involving real estate, employment and commercial transactions.

Scott is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Boston University School of Law. He is an attorney licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a registered real estate broker in Massachusetts. He served five years as the President of the Jimmy Fund Council of Greater Boston and served four years as its Vice-President. Scott currently is the tournament director of the Cushman and Wakefield Jimmy Fund Golf and Tennis Classic, which has raised millions of dollars for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
