11 Development's latest project is the construction of three luxury condominiums at 286-288 Windsor Street in the heart of Cambridge 's Kendall Square.

The units consist of approximately 1365 square feet of livable area for the penthouse unit, 1101 square feet for the second floor unit and 1965 square feet for the first floor/garden duplex. The units include 2 full bedrooms including a huge master suite with a master bath and walk-in closet, an office and an additional full bathroom with the duplex featuring an extra bedroom, half bathroom and media room. The units feature a wide open floor plan with each unit featuring private decks off the back of the units with the second floor featuring a front deck as well. The units will be assigned a minimum of one parking space each, as the property comes with a four car parking lot, with one additional spot for sale for $10,000. There is also a large, common garden/patio area in the rear of the building.

Unit features and finishes include new Brazilian oak floors and high end stainless steel GE Profile appliances in the kitchen with granite counter islands. The island, which is oversized to accommodate a generous dining area, will feature both a dishwasher and an undermount stainless steel sink. The kitchen cabinetry is a rich maple. The front door and entrance was replaced with a new, thick, wooden door and a remodeled façade.

As discussed above, each unit comes with one deeded parking space. Moreover, there is public transportation by bus located with a few hundred yards of the building and the Kendall Square T Stop is approximately an eight minute walk from the building. There is also ample on street parking.
