30 Naples Road, Brookline, MA

30 Naples LLC and its manager Scott Shuster developed two luxury
condominiums located at 30 Naples Street, in the Coolidge Corner neighborhood of
Brookline, Massachusetts.

The project consisted of converting a single-family house into two luxury
townhouse style condominiums. The units are approximately 2700-2850 square
feet and feature three bedrooms and three bathrooms in unit 1 and four bedrooms
and three and a half bathrooms in Unit 2. Each unit has its own private entrance.
 

Unit features and finishes include new oak floors and high-end stainless steel
Wolf and Sub Zero Appliances in the kitchen with quartz counter islands. The
islands, which are oversized to accommodate a generous dining area, feature both a
Bosch dishwasher and an undermount stainless steel sink. The custom cabinetry
consists of a rich maple wood.
 

The primary bedrooms are large and feature walk-in closets and a luxurious
master bathroom. The master bathrooms have a walk-in shower, a stand alone
soaking tub, a large double vanity with a stone top, heated floors and other
amenities.
 

The units feature all new systems, including new high efficiency heating and
air conditioning, electric and plumbing systems. The building boasts all new siding,
new Pella windows, a new roof and a home automation system. Everything is brand
new save for the special characteristic of this magnificent building.
