74 Perry Street, Brookline, MA

74 Perry LLC and its manager Scott Shuster have completed construction on
two luxury condominiums located at 74 Perry Street, in the Coolidge Corner
neighborhood of Brookline, Massachusetts. This prime location is situated with
close proximity to Coolidge Corner, Brookline Village and the Longwood Medical
Area.

The project consists of converting a single-family house into two luxury
townhouse style condominiums. The units are approximately 2250 square feet and
feature three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Each unit has two private
entrances.

Additionally the beautiful, historic carriage house in the rear of the property
has been converted into two private spaces of approximately 340 square feet each,
one of which will be assigned to each condominium. The space includes a half
bathroom and a spacious open floor plan that can be used for a home office,
playroom, home gym, media room or whatever the owner desires.

Unit features and finishes include new oak floors and high-end stainless steel
Wolf and Sub Zero Appliances in the kitchen with quartz counter islands. The islands, which are oversized to accommodate a generous dining area, feature both a Bosch dishwasher and a large microwave. The custom cabinetry consists of a rich maple wood.

The master bedrooms are large and feature walk-in closets and a luxurious master bathroom. The master bathrooms have a walk-in shower, a stand alone soaking tub, a large double vanity with a stone top, heated floors and other amenities.

The units feature all new systems, including new high efficiency heating and air conditioning, electric and plumbing systems. The building has new siding, new Pella windows, a new roof and a home automation system with exterior cameras.
Everything will be brand new save for the special characteristic of this magnificent
building.

Each unit has two parking spaces. The building is also a short walk to two
green lines and multiple bus stops. The units share a generous yard as well as front
and back farmer’s porches.

The units were designed by renowned architect Jai Khalsa and will be
marketed by John Takvorian of Laer Realty.
