30 MAUGUS AVENUE, WELLESLEY, MA

11 Development, LLC and its President and founder Scott Shuster will be constructing a luxury single family home in the beautiful town of Wellesley, Massachusetts.  The size and pricing of the project will offer an exceptional value to potential purchasers in this very sought after locale.

The building was designed by Kent Duckham Architects, a noted firm with vast experience working in Wellesley.
