THE CONDOMINIUMS AT 53 WEBSTER AVENUE

11 Development’s latest project is the construction of two luxury condominiums in the heart of Cambridge’s Kendall Square.

The units will consist of approximately 1300 square feet of livable area for the top duplex unit and 1300-1400 square feet for the first floor/garden duplex. The top unit will also feature a private roof deck. The units will include 2 bedrooms and one and one half bathrooms. The units will feature a wide open floor plan with each unit featuring bay windows in the living area. The units will each come with two parking spaces. Each unit will also have private, deeded outdoor yard or deck space.

Unit features and finishes will include new Brazilian cherry floors and high end General Electric stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with granite counter islands. The island, which will be oversized to accommodate a generous dining area, will feature both a dishwasher and an undermount stainless steel sink. The kitchen cabinetry will be a rich maple. Additionally, washer/dryer hookups will be provided in each unit and the top floor will have a skylight in the living area.

The full bathroom will feature a full length tub, a large vanity with a stone top, ceramic tile and large mirrors as well as other amenities. The units will have new, green heating and air conditioning, electric and plumbing systems.

Both units will feature private street level entrances. Large, deeded storage facilities will be provided in the building’s basement. The exterior of the building will be redone, with the exterior vinyl being removed and replaced with new Hardie board. The front door and entrance will be replaced with new, thick, wooden doors and a remodeled façade.

As discussed above, each unit will come with two parking spaces. Moreover, there is public transportation by bus located with a few hundred yards of the building and the Kendall Square T Stop is approximately an eight minute walk from the building. There is also ample on street parking.
