THE CONDOMINIUMS AT 167 ELM STREET

11 Development, LLC has commenced construction on the condominiums at 167 Elm Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts . The condominiums are located with close proximity to Kendall , Central and Inman Squares. The size and pricing of the project will offer an exceptional value to potential purchasers in this very sought after locale.

The units will consist of approximately 1200 square feet of livable area for the penthouse floor unit, 1050 square feet for the second floor unit and 1800 square feet for the first floor/garden duplex. The units will include 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with an additional bed and bath for the first floor duplex. The units will feature a wide open floor plan with the second and third floors featuring private decks off the front of the units and the duplex will have a private deck in the back. 167 Elm has ample on street permit parking and there is public transportation by bus located within twenty yards of the building. Additionally both the Central Square and the Kendall Square T Stops are located within a ten minute walk from the building.
